Momentum Automotive Success Training (MAST) introduction to SalesCare is an intensive 4-day classroom training designed to get your Showroom and Sales BDC Customer Care Representatives ready to effectively manage and convert sales related calls and internet leads into beneficial showroom appointments that show.
Your representatives will learn how to effectively engage existing and potential customers, build store value, promote higher CSI's, and to set solid and specific sales department appointments that show and purchase. They will learn how to address and overcome a range of customer objections while creating a positive customer experience. They will be given opportunities to practice what they learn (extensive role play exercises) utilizing proven conversation-controlling tools (scripts, store wow-factors, PowerTracks, and industry best practices).
Inbound & Outbound Calls / Internet Lead Conversion / Converting Unsold Showroom Traffic
Setting solid and specific reservations through the use of inbound & outbound scripts
Introduction to sales related PowerTracks and when it's appropriate to use them
Role-playing basic to difficult customer situations over the Phone & Internet
Following up, confirming, and rescheduling appointment No-Shows
Introduction and usage of store wow-factors (commercials)
Conducting effective outbound campaigns
Effective selling techniques
