Service Description

Introduction to SalesCare is an intensive 4-day classroom training and coaching course designed to get new and existing Showroom Reps, Internet Managers, and Sales BDC Agents ready to effectively manage and convert sales calls and internet lead opportunities into beneficial showroom appointments that show and sell. Your representatives will learn industry best practices on effectively engaging new and existing customers, building value-based relationships, promoting higher customer retention, and improving CSI's. They will also learn how to address and overcome a range of objections while creating positive customer experiences. They will be given opportunities to practice what they learn (extensive role-play exercises) utilizing proven conversation-controlling tools. Topics Covered: • Setting solid and specific appointments through the use of inbound & outbound phone guides • Utilizing PowerTracks to address and overcome objections & push-back • Role-playing basic to challenging phone scenarios • Best practices for Internet engagement, conversions, and follow-up • How to build and maintain valuable retention-promoting customer relationships • Effective utilization of store wow factors (commercials) • Producing effective No-Show follow-up and rescheduling • Conducting effective Outbound Phone Campaigns • Automotive sales acumen And much more...
