ServiceCare is a 4-day intensive classroom training course designed to prepare your customer-facing representatives to build valuable relationships and the business development skills required to become top revenue-generating performers in your service department. Momentum Automotive Success Training (MAST) Academy will show your representatives how to effectively engage and convert existing and potential customers into valuable service appointments that show. They will also learn how to overcome a range of caller resistance while creating positive experiences. They will be given opportunities to practice what they learn utilizing proven conversation-controlling tools. Best-practices topics covered: • Task management • Setting solid and specific service appointments (w/Inbound and Outbound call guides) • Introduction to service-related conversation-controlling tools • Extensive role-playing exercises • Building valuable retention-promoting relationships • Building effective "Why Service Here" store propositions • Introduction and usage of store Wow-factors (commercials) • Conducting effective follow-up • Confirming and rescheduling No-Show Appointments • Conducting effective Outbound Campaigns • Sales & closing acumen And much more...
