ServiceCare is a 4-day intensive classroom training course designed to prepare your customer-facing representatives to build valuable relationships and the business development skills required to become top revenue-generating performers in your service department. Momentum Automotive Success Training (MAST) Academy will show your representatives how to effectively engage and convert existing and potential customers into valuable service appointments that show. They will also learn how to overcome a range of caller resistance while creating positive experiences. They will be given opportunities to practice what they learn utilizing proven conversation-controlling tools.
